  • I have read and understand the company policy on Referral Awards.
  • I understand that if the candidate meets the required criteria and is hired as a result of my referral, I will receive a monetary award within two weeks following the candidate’s six consecutive months anniversary date of employment with E.C. Barton & Company.
  • I must be the first to refer this candidate to our company.
  • I am not eligible for the Referral Award if I am the hiring manager for the open position.
  • To receive the award, both the candidate and I must be employed by E.C. Barton & Company for six consecutive months.
